The VIRUNGA ceiling light is a real all-rounder for your rooms. It combines functional lighting technology with an understated design - perfect for environments where concentrated, pleasant light is required. It integrates discreetly into any ceiling and creates uniform, glare-free illumination. Thanks to its IP44 protection rating, it is also protected against splashing water from all directions and is therefore also suitable for use in damp rooms such as bathrooms or covered outdoor areas. The luminaire can be dimmed externally so that the light intensity can be flexibly adjusted to the respective usage situation - whether for focussed work or a relaxed atmosphere. The light colour can be individually configured using the DIP switch. VIRUNGA is made of high-quality plastic in matt nickel and a white housing - an elegant look that blends discreetly into various interior designs. The material is easy to clean and robust at the same time - ideal for long-term use in high-traffic areas. In addition, the luminaires feature modern LED technology, which stands for a high quality of light. LED light sources are characterized by a long service life and low heat generation.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
