Shipping costs within the Czech Republic for each order (regardless of the quantity of goods) placed via the online store are CZK 250 including VAT for delivery by General Logistics Systems (GLS).
For orders over CZK 5,000 including VAT, shipping and packaging costs within the Czech Republic are waived. Depending on the customer's wishes, the goods can also be delivered to the Slovak Republic, in which case payment of the purchase price in advance is required and the shipping costs are €14 including VAT.

Before accepting the delivered goods from the transport service provider, the customer is obliged to check the goods immediately and, in the event of damage to the goods, not to accept the shipment or to make a complaint to the transport service provider and then to LUMINEX.
