The four-light ONYX pendant light impresses with its tasteful design with geometric shapes and unique light and colour effects. The pendant light has several lampshades attached to a moulding. Each pendant is made up of numerous rhombuses and creates an appealing appearance. The light is not only intensively diffused downwards, but also creates a multi-faceted radiance. The geometric design of the individual pendants in combination with an asymmetrical suspension creates an individual eye-catcher and allows entire living spaces to shine in new splendour. Creativity is required when it comes to alignment and correct adjustment. Multi-lamp pendant luminaires such as ONYX are particularly suitable for illuminating large rectangular dining tables. The pendant is finished in a simple anthracite colour on the outside and gold-coloured on the inside, creating a pleasant and cosy lighting effect. Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
