LUGANO | Ceiling lamp | White | Fabric
The LUGANO ceiling light impresses with its combination of elegance and cosiness. The luminaire with a simple fabric shade has a diameter of 60 cm, making it a real eye-catcher in living rooms, bedrooms or entrance areas. Textile lights create an atmospheric ambience and cosiness and are considered a classic in decorative lighting. The light is gently emitted into the surroundings via the fabric shade and creates a cosy character. The ceiling light can be dimmed by remote control and the light colour can be continuously adjusted between 3000 and 5000 Kelvin for individual adjustment to different lighting conditions. In timeless white, the LUGANO is deliberately kept simple and blends easily into existing colour schemes. In addition, the luminaires feature modern LED technology, which stands for a high quality of light. LED light sources are characterized by a long service life and low heat generation.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
