The DONEGAL pendant light combines modern restraint with sophisticated technology and provides atmospheric light exactly where you want it. A special highlight: the height of the light can be adjusted by motor - and conveniently by remote control. Whether it's a cosy evening at the dining table or concentrated work - the height, light colour and brightness can be infinitely adjusted at the touch of a button. For the late hours, the integrated night light provides soft, glare-free light. The dimmer allows precise adjustment to any mood, from bright and active to calm and relaxed. DONEGAL is made of metal in warm beige - a combination that appears restrained yet of high quality. The velvety matt surface underlines the elegant overall impression of the luminaire and harmonises perfectly with modern, minimalist colour concepts. Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
