The textile cleaner care kit by Guardian is specially formulated to tackle tough water and oil-based stains on fabric-upholstered furniture. Free from any bleaching agents, it ensures that your furniture retains its original colour and quality while offering deep, effective cleaning.
The textile cleaner care kit by Guardian is a unique cleaner that can be used for removing stains on all textiles. The product does not contain bleach.
1. Always test the product in an invisible place.
2. Always wipe up as much of the spilled liquid / the stain with a dry cloth before applying Textile Cleaner.
3. Spray Textile Cleaner directly onto the stain, activate the product with a soft brush or sponge. In some cases, the Textile Cleaner turns into a light foam.
4. Wipe up the cleaner and dirt with absorbing material (tea towel, paper towels or the like). If necessary, dry with a hair dryer and vacuum-cleaner afterwards.
5. It is important to wipe up all Textile Cleaner from the textile to avoid blotches.
6. Repeat the above procedure on difficult stains.
Shake before use. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
