The TOMMY pendant light provides cosy lighting, as textile shades increase the comfort factor and conjure up a cosy ambience. At the same time, the clear shapes conjure up a modern and simple style that can be used and combined in a variety of ways. The four-light pendant measures 75x12cm and is ideal for positioning in the centre above the dining table. The swivelling heads can also be aligned to deliberately highlight individual areas. During installation, the suspension length can be set up to a height of 150cm. The luminaire is made of metal in matt nickel and is complemented by four white fabric shades. The combination creates modern and stylish lighting accents and gives living and dining areas a pleasant feel-good effect. For energy-saving lighting, it is recommended to use an LED illuminant. These are an optimal alternative to conventional halogen lamps and stand for a high quality of light and energy savings of up to 80%. In addition, LED lamps help you benefit from a long service life, low heat generation and at the same time protect the environment.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
