The TOMMY floor lamp provides cosy lighting, as textile shades increase the comfort factor and conjure up a cosy ambience. At the same time, the clear shapes conjure up a modern and simple style that can be used and combined in a variety of ways. The five-bulb luminaire has a height of 200 cm and makes dark corners shine in new splendour. It is ideal as a supporting light source and can be used in modern living spaces. The swivelling heads can also be aligned to deliberately highlight individual areas. The luminaire is made of metal in matt nickel and is complemented by five white fabric shades. The combination creates modern and stylish lighting accents and gives living rooms a pleasant feel-good effect. For modern and reliable lighting, the use of an LED bulb is recommended. - Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
