TAMPERE combines modern ceiling lighting with intelligent air circulation in a particularly ingenious way. At first glance, it appears to be a stylish luminaire, but when required, it reveals its full potential: The fan blades extend gently and provide a pleasant breeze - functional, quiet and visually surprising. The light and fan can be switched independently of each other and conveniently controlled by remote control. Brightness and light colour can be individually adjusted so that the atmosphere can be adapted to the mood and use at any time. With six speed levels and summer and winter operation, TAMPERE ensures a balanced room climate all year round - refreshing in summer and helping to distribute heat in winter. Extras such as the night light and timer function increase comfort and make the fan the ideal solution for living rooms and bedrooms. The modern look is stylishly rounded off by the combination of white plastic and metal. In addition, the luminaires feature modern LED technology, which stands for a high quality of light. LED light sources are characterized by a long service life and low heat generation.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
