The OSLO fan brings a breath of fresh air and atmospheric light into perfect balance. It combines pleasant air circulation with modern lighting, ensuring a comfortable room climate all year round. Thanks to the practical hanging bracket, the ceiling fan is quick and easy to install - without any major effort. With its IP44 protection rating, OSLO is not only ideal for living rooms, but also ideal for damp rooms such as bathrooms or for outdoor use, for example on a covered patio. On hot summer days, it provides a pleasantly cool breeze, while in the evening hours it provides just the right amount of light. The light and fan can be switched separately and conveniently controlled by remote control. Whether brightness, light colour or air flow - everything is individually adjustable. The fan has six speed settings, a practical timer function and a discreet night light that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The modern design is rounded off by the elegant combination of black plastic and high-quality black aluminium, which makes the fan a stylish eye-catcher on any ceiling. Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
