MOSS surprises with a clever design that elegantly combines light and air. When switched off, it looks like a modern ceiling light, but as soon as the fan is activated, the blades gently extend and provide noticeably fresh air. This keeps the look calm and clear - and the function as flexible as possible. The light and fan can be controlled separately. The brightness and light colour can be set individually to suit your mood or the time of day. With six speed levels and summer and winter operation, MOSS creates a pleasant room climate all year round - cooling on warm days and helping to distribute warm air in winter. The night light and timer function provide additional convenience and, like all other settings, can be conveniently controlled remotely. Made of white plastic and metal, the ceiling fan combines modern technology with a clear, timeless look. In addition, the luminaires feature modern LED technology, which stands for a high quality of light. LED light sources are characterized by a long service life and low heat generation.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
