That certain something with the FERNANDEZ rechargeable luminaire. The battery operation of the table lamp allows flexible placement without any cables wherever a cosy lighting atmosphere is needed. The lamp is charged via a discreetly designed charging station. The mobile table lamp, which looks great on a garden table or on a dresser in your living room, has a 4-fold touch function that regulates the light in 3 brightness levels. In addition, infinitely variable adjustment of the light colour is possible. As the FERNANDEZ has IP44 protection, it is protected against splashing water and can therefore also be used outdoors. The reduced design in classic form makes the table lamp in matt black and white an adaptable decorative element. In addition, the luminaires feature modern LED technology, which stands for a high quality of light. LED light sources are characterized by a long service life and low heat generation.

Shipping
Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
