The AMBATO wall light emphasises safety - in the truest sense of the word. Particularly in entrance areas, it provides reliable outdoor brightness and a good feeling as soon as it gets dark. Its round shape with a large illuminated surface provides plenty of light exactly where orientation and safety are required. Robustness comes as standard with AMBATO: with IK10 impact resistance, it can withstand even the strongest impacts, while IP65 provides reliable protection against dust and water jets. This means that the entrance area is not only well illuminated, but also permanently protected. Made of black matt and white plastic, the light impresses with its functional material and timelessly clear colour scheme. For modern and reliable lighting, the use of an LED bulb is recommended. - Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.

Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
