The CIOLA pendant light combines Italian design flair with modern lighting technology. Its gently curved shape floats like a stylish line above the dining table and becomes an impressive eye-catcher in its own right. CIOLA is particularly versatile when it comes to dimming: The light colour changes continuously from cool white to warm white, allowing you to switch from functional task lighting to a cosy, warm atmosphere - to suit your mood and the occasion. The luminaire is of course externally dimmable and can be easily integrated into existing solutions. The luminaire can also be extended with the CI-MOTE plug-in module if required, which not only makes the luminaire smarter, but also enriches it with additional, unique functions. Made from high-quality metal, CIOLA is presented in a sophisticated taupe colour. In addition, the luminaires feature modern LED technology, which stands for a high quality of light. LED light sources are characterized by a long service life and low heat generation.

Shipping is provided by GLS.
- Czech Republic: CZK 250 including VAT per order. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for orders of CZK 5,000 or more.
- Germany: EUR 10 including VAT per order.
Withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. We do not offer returns beyond the cases required by law.
Returned goods must be complete and properly packaged. Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way as they could in a physical store.
If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise diminished in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. The refund may be reduced according to the actual extent of the diminished value.
Damage in transit
When accepting the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the delivered goods.
If the customer discovers that the goods were damaged during transit, we ask them to report the damage no later than 2 business days after receipt by emailing objednavky@luminex.cz. We recommend including the order number and photographs of both the damaged goods and the shipping packaging.
Prompt notification enables us to pursue the claim effectively with the carrier. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
