Some projects inspire not only professionally, but also on a personal level.
This was exactly the case with the Kolej project. Agáta Hanychová contacted us directly and
invited us to participate in the renovation of an old apartment in the Dejvice district of Prague and we didn't have to think twice.
Student housing with a concept
The goal of the project was clear: to create a modern, cozy student apartment for rent.
Agáta had a vision of a space that was not only functional and practical, but also stylish and inviting. And that's exactly what appealed to our team at Lumiinex right away.
After receiving the initial documents and designs, it quickly became clear to us that this was a well-thought-out concept with attention to detail and a feel for atmosphere. This project had soul—and that is exactly what matters to us.
High-quality brands for a well-designed interior
An important part of the concept was the selection of high-quality brands that give the
space a special touch. For the lighting, we chose products from TRIO Lighting – one of Europe's largest lighting manufacturers. Their wide
range of products allowed us to combine functional everyday lighting with
stylish accents that give the rooms character.
We have also incorporated elements from the Umage brand, known for its elegant,
Scandinavian design. Particularly noteworthy is the iconic Silvia lamp, also
known as golden leaves, whose shape is reminiscent of a pine cone. It brings a
subtle but expressive design accent to the room. Umage's natural materials
and clean lines lend the interior lightness and harmony.
